Who am I?

I started my career as an engineer working in a tech company. I worked on abuse area in user generated content, more generally known as trust & safety. In those first few years, I worked on small user experiences to prevent abuse, tools to enable analysts or operations team, machine learning and cluster applications to detect abuse.

After a few years, I transitioned to manage one of the teams working in the area and grew it to 8 people. Eventually, I took on scope of managing a few other teams working in this area and growing others to help manage them. Supporting people has been an eye opening experience, it accelerated my learning and along I’ve made my fair share of mistakes.

I draw topics to write on from the above experience. My first and foremost goal is to write to improve my own skills. If it helps shed light on topics of interest to others, that is cherry on top.
